The highest peaks above 4000 ft will see gusts up to 60 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 13 to 23 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. A Red Flag Warning is issued when weather conditions that promote rapid spread of fire which may become life-threatening are forecast. This does not mean there is a fire. These conditions are either occurring now or will begin soon. It is important to have multiple ways to receive information from authorities.
