* IMPACTS...Flooding along Raccoon Creek and its tributaries is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 PM EDT, county officials reported that flooding of the Raccoon Creek is occurring across the warned area. State Route 124 in southern Vinton County remains closed due to flooding. In the City of Vinton, State Route 325 at State Route 160 is closed due to flooding. State Route 554 between Rio Grande and Bidwell is closed due to flooding. - The Raccoon Creek gauge at Adamsville has breached action stage and continues to slowly rise. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... * IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Indiana 101 north of Pleasant Mills is closed by flood water. Extensive agricultural flooding is in progress. Residents of the east and southeast side of Decatur become concerned.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:25 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 20.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:25 AM EDT Thursday was 21.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 9.6 feet Monday evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
